Because our customers rarely fit a standard tier. A water board doing dyke reinforcement, a province with an N-road project and a major contractor running five concurrent projects all have very different needs. We'd rather give you one tailored quote than sell you the wrong plan.
For a typical project organisation, the monthly fee runs from several hundred to several thousand euros per month, depending on number of projects, number of users, data-residency requirements and any Relatics integration. For a precise figure: request a quote.
For the hosted SaaS variant we work with a 12-month agreement as standard. For on-premise and multi-year agreements we agree on longer terms.
We deploy the same codebase within your own Microsoft Azure tenant. You own the data and infrastructure; we remain application supplier and patch owner. Typically a one-off implementation fee plus an annual licence.
